Happy Friday! I’ve been blogging about all things baseball this week, and I’m excited to share my baseball faves.
It’s been a really special week for me – my nephew was born on Monday, so that’s definitely favorite number one!
My second favorite is the baseball wreath I made on Monday to commemorate baseball season!
Get all the details on how I made the wreath here. I used the wreath to do a mantle makeover, which is my next favorite.
Since I wanted the focus to be on the wreath, I kept the top of the mantle simple. So, I added a tray with some grass to the mantle, then topped the grass with some baseballs to complete the look.
Another favorite is the delicious baseball-themed sundae I made for Tasty Tuesday!
Get all the tasty details here. These sundaes would be perfect as a build-your-own bar as part of a larger table of baseball-themed food. And my final favorite is just that!
I used the same grass tray on this tablescape, but replaced a couple of the baseballs with glassybaby in Mariners colors! I also added my chalkboard with a baseball makeover, and tucked in my Mariners sign. For serveware, I got the baseball plates and napkins from Party City. I used my plastic baseball hats to hold sunflower seeds, peanuts, and Cracker Jacks. Of course, I had to add in corn dogs (yum!), Baby Ruth candy bars, and Gatorade to really round out the baseball food options.
This fun theme would be perfect for a birthday party, an end-of-season baseball team party, or for a night with friends watching baseball on TV!
Since baseball is my favorite sport, I loved putting these ideas together, and I hope you can use them for yourself in the future!
Have a wonderful weekend, and if you need some last minute Father’s Day celebration ideas, check out this post.
Party on!
