Hot chocolate and the holidays go hand in hand, and today I’m sharing five of my favorite hot chocolate recipes for the season!
First up is slow cooker peppermint hot chocolate from Little Spice Jar. I love sipping on a peppermint hot chocolate when I’m running Christmas errands or watching Christmas movies, and this easy, large batch version is perfect.
Next is this amazing baileys and amaretto version from Rosie Londoner. This drink combines two of my favorite flavors – chocolate and almond. And, Rosie is always good for a pun – she claims you can be “Cocoa Chanel” when sipping this drink – ha!
I love cinnamon, and this snickerdoodle white hot chocolate from Lemon Tree Dweling is a delicious alternative to a classic hot chocolate. And such a great idea to serve this treat in mason jars!
This boozy hot cocoa bar from Pizzazzerie is so great! And I love the non-traditional color scheme. A tip from this set-up is to make labels for all the bottles on the bar so that it has a cohesive look. So smart!
And I can’t forget to mention the hot chocolate bar from my own Cookie Exchange Party a couple years ago. It was a big hit with my guests, and I’ve reused the idea over again because it’s so much fun.
Of course, every good cup of hot chocolate needs the perfect cup. Here’s a collection of a few of my favorites.
