Seriously? April is already almost over?! When did that happen?? Now don’t get me wrong, I am soooo ready for summer, but goodness this month has gone by fast! And since it’s finally starting to feel like spring here in the Pacific Northwest, I thought it would be a perfect time to do some spring cleaning, so I’ve been blogging about that this week!
Before I dive into that, my first favorite is a real taste of spring time. Last weekend, we took our annual trip up to Mount Vernon, which is a town about two hours north of Seattle, and home to the annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. This is one of my favorite traditions because I just LOVE all the tulips. Here are some of my snapshots from our trip.
So pretty, right?!
After our tulip trip, it was time to start our spring cleaning tasks, which is my next favorite this week. To start us off on a festive note, I thought it’d be fun to put together a tablescape featuring my new favorite cleaning products from Grove Collective. They. Are. Fantastic! I highly recommend this company and I love the perks of free products with your order.
Read my post about my Spring Cleaning tablescape here, and check out Grove Collaborative here.
Another favorite this week is the clean, refreshing cocktail that is a must in between cleaning tasks. This rosé lemonade is definitely a motivator!

Spring cleaning always gets me in the mood to clean up my eating habits…A bit. So this week, I’ve been trying out some delicious refreshing salad recipes, and this one is a favorite!
But then of course, I *need* to top off my meal with a cookie. It’s a must. 😉
My final favorite this week is the amazing weather we’ve been having, which was perfect on Monday for an all-staff retreat at work. We got to spend the day at one of our Girl Scout camp properties, and in addition to doing some collaborative work, we got to enjoy hiking and exploring. It was definitely the best way to spend a work day!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Party on!
