Hi friends! Happy Thirsty Thursday! Yesterday, I shared some decor details for a House Divided Graduation party.
It was so fun to pull these decorations together. Read that post here.
Since it’s rosé season, I have the perfect cocktail for graduation parties and all summer long – it’s a delicious and refreshing and includes Cointreau. What’s not to love?!
And not pictured below, I added in a splash of ruby red grapefruit juice to give the cocktail some tartness.
So here’s what I used to make one cocktail.
- 2 cup of rosé
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- Splash of ruby red grapefruit juice
- Slices of grapefruit
- Raspberries
- Ice
I first filled my cup with ice, then added the Cointreau and rosé, topped it with a splash of the grapefruit juice, and then added in the grapefruit slices and raspberries, and it was ready to serve! This cocktail would also be great as a big batch cocktail at a party, and could easily be prepared ahead of time and put into pitchers or a drink dispenser (my fave)
And, every good cocktail needs a festive straw. I found these straws and since I’m definitely in the YAY! summer mode right now, I think they’re perfect.
So fun, right?! Yay cocktails and yay summer!
Party on!
