Happy Friday everyone! This week I’ve been celebrating my alma mater, Texas Tech University, on the blog since we received a #3 seed ranking for the NCAA Basketball Tournament.
My first favorite this week is the Tech tablescape I shared on Monday. It is full of school spirit!

My next favorite is delicious Double T Double Chocolate brownies I made to add to the tablescape.
I found some great new baking items that made creating these fun treats a breeze. At the grocery store, right next to my favorite cake mixes, I found a pre-filled pastry bag with chocolate frosting and a star tip. This made decorating so easy!
At Michaels, I discovered a whole world of amazing baking supplies in their expanded baking decorating section. Every color of the rainbow sprinkles, including special shapes! I was able to purchase small bags of red and black sprinkles ($1/each) with no leftovers. I will definitely be utilizing this section for future baking needs to get exactly what I need with little waste afterwards.
I am by no means a skilled cake/cookie decorator, but with these new tools, I feel like an expert 😉
On Wednesday, I shared about the Texas Tech Legacy Program. This program is a great way to share my love for Texas Tech with my niece and nephew. I love these pictures my brother captured when the kids opened their welcome gifts – definitely a favorite!

Another favorite is the Texas Tech Hillflint sweater Chelsea got me for Christmas. I wore it for the first time yesterday for game day! This sweater has a vintage feel and is very well made. I love it, and I know I’ll be sporting it to represent my Red Raiders for years to come.
And my final favorite of the week is the Tech WIN last night! The game was definitely exciting and I’m so happy the Red Raiders ended with a victory! On to Saturday!!
Party on!
