It’s Girl Scout Cookies everything this week on the blog! On Monday, I shared a delicious charcuterie featuring cookies.
Check out the details here.
Today, I’m sharing some delicious cookie cocktails you need to add to your weekend plans.
First up is the Boozy Samoa Shake I shared a couple years ago. I love the coconutty goodness of this shake, including the toasted coconut on top of the whipped cream. So yummy!
Get the recipe here.
Another delicious recipe is this Thin Mint Martini by Lonnie Armstrong at Aerlume in Seattle. I had the pleasure of tasting this cocktail at last year’s Cookies and Cocktails event, and it did not disappoint.
My fabulous coworker, Stefanie, wrote a great article for Sip Northwest featuring this cocktail. Check it out here.
Next up is the Bourbon Tagalong. This recipe is among several other yummy options featured in the article, written by Better Homes & Gardens. I think peanut butter and bourbon are a perfect pairing, so this cocktail is sure to be delicious.
I love gin, so the Savannah Smile Gin Flip, also featured in the Better Homes & Gardens article, is definitely at the top of my list for this weekend!
This article states it best – we enjoy cookies for dessert, for snack time, and maybe even for breakfast. So, it’s high time we have cookies for happy hour! Get the Tagalong and Savannah Smiles recipes here.
And just one s’more cocktail to add to this list – my S’more Shake! This cocktail features Girl Scouts’ newest cookie – the S’more – and will remind you of summer campfires for sure!
