Well it’s Labor Day Weekend, so I guess there’s no denying it, summer is coming to an end. I’m really looking forward to the fall and I thought it’d be fun to officially close out summer with a look back at my favorite summer parties.
My first favorite was putting together some party ideas to celebrate dad! I love turning to Paper Source for party inspiration, and they didn’t disappoint.
Another favorite was the pink and gold baby shower I helped put together. I loved how simple and elegant the shower was, and I think it was the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of baby Madison.
The Olympics Party was another favorite. I love everything about the Olympics – the fanfare, the country pride, the amazing athletes, and of course, the excuse to throw a party!
Speaking of country pride, the Greek Dinner I co-hosted was another favorite. As I was pulling together the party decor, I realized I hadn’t used a ton of blue and silver before, so it was great to try something new and add to my party decoration collection.
And last, but definitely not least, my most favorite party of the summer was my Pineapple Party! It was a blast to plan, it was a blast to host, and I think the girls really had fun.
And, that’s a wrap! Now I’m gearing up for fall parties, and the Target Dollar Spot is rockin’ again this season. Can’t wait to use all this stuff this fall!
I have big plans for those adhesive letters and the paper pad – I’m thinking a cute burlap banner with some fun fall sayings.
The dot glassware can easily dress up a fall cocktail, or it could be a perfect bud vase with sunflowers or dahlias inside.
The candles smell amazing and I’m in love with the fall colored mercury glass. They’ll make the perfect addition to a hostess gift basket.
And those LED lights could be used inside a pumpkin or tucked into a fall garland to add some twinkle.
Party on!

I love a good party (themed parties are my love language) and all of these are so cute. I love the Greek party. Such a good idea and cute colors. Happy Friday!
