I can’t believe it’s already March!! I like to leave my Valentine’s decor up through the whole month of February, so this weekend it was time to transition to my green and gold for St. Patrick’s Day decor, which I leave up through the end of March. One of the first things I did was get my table dressed and ready for the season!
I reused a lot of the decorations I had previously used to celebrate the Pantone Color of the Year, making this tablescape super simple to pull together. In addition to reusing those items, I found some great decorations at Michaels.
I am totally digging those tags. They’re big and wooden, and the gold cord accent is perfect. The felt banner is interlocking shamrocks in different shades of green, and the green glitter shamrocks are the perfect table accent. Once I had those, I was ready to start decorating the table!
I used my green acrylic drinkware, green napkins, and gold sheen woven placemats from Pier One. I also used my white melamine dinner plates from Crate and Barrel.
For the centerpiece, I set a piece of gold glitter paper down, then topped it with a green vase and white flowers from Michaels, plus a few glassybaby. I used the felt banner down the sides of the table to add texture, then sprinkled the glitter shamrocks all around.
Everything came together quickly, and I’m totally loving the green and gold!
How do you decorate for St. Patrick’s Day? Do you like to leave your decorations for Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day up all month long like me?
Party on!
