Hello from Florida! I’m in The Sunshine State for the next week, and I’m packing in tons of fun. Today’s favorites are all about my preparations for Disney World!
My first favorite this week is the new set of floral Mickey ears I made to wear during my trip. I’m so happy with how they turned out.
My next favorite is the shirt I made using my Cricut. I’ll definitely be sporting it during one of my Disney days, and I sure hope I run into Mickey! 🙂

Disney shirts are one of my favorite parts of going to Disney World. I love seeing families in matching shirts, and I love seeing all my friends in their creative shirts. I had a lot of fun picking out the shirts I’ll wear in addition to the one I made. Here’s what I ended up picking – all favorites for sure!
While I was preparing for the trip, I sipped on one of my favorite cocktails, the Lapu Lapu, which I first discovered on my last trip to Disney World at the Polynesian. This is definitely a favorite this week!

My last favorite this week was my final piece of preparation: planning what I’d carry in my day bag for Disney. I’m challenging myself to go small this trip, to see if I can do it. So, all I’m carrying is a crossbody purse which measures just 6.5″ in diameter and 1″ wide. Here’s what I’m planning to carry inside…
I fit Kleenex, gum, sunglasses, a portable charger, a snack, hand sanitizer, lip gloss, a first aid kit, some Dramamine (also has Advil inside), and a travel card wallet. In addition to my purse, I plan to wear a sweatshirt or jacket. I tend to be pretty cold all the time, so I don’t anticipate being over heated with a jacket even when the temps get into the 70s. We’ll see!
Keep up with all my Disney adventures on Instagram. I’ll be back on the blog after my trip to share details of all the fun!
